The success of the subsequent planning application is dependent in the main on the key ingredients of public misconceptions and apathy. Hopefully this website will have dispelled some of the misconceptions and ‘spin’ concerning industrial wind farms, but now as many people as possible must add their ‘voice’ to help stop this and the similar plans that will follow close behind. The actual planning application could be very imminent and when made there will be only a very few weeks to raise objections – it is the sheer number and strength of these objections that will make that vital difference. In preparation FREH needs to collate the details of as many people as possible in order that when the planning application is submitted ‘the button’ can be pushed for us to notify those on the list to launch letters of objection. When that time comes assistance will be given, including sample draft letters of objection so that your valued contribution need only take a few minutes of your time.
